Well, it was a good run! And I'm so proud to be an Aggie. Last night was an incredible game, we just ran out of time (as we say in Aggieland). It was made all the more incredible b/c David was given 2 tickets from someone at work. So, yesterday afternoon at 2pm, he and I headed to San Antonio to join the 20,000 other Aggies who converged on the Alamodome. Thanks to Jerry & Ann for picking the boys up at school and letting them spend the night.
We were again surprised when we got to our seats to see that we were not actually in the nosebleed section. I have never been this close to a basketball game (well, except for when I was a manager for the team in High School - but I'm not sure that compares to the NCAA Sweet 16). What a sweet gift we were given.
We felt like college students taking a road trip again -- it was so fun! And the Aggies played such a hard game. The tickets were good for Saturday's game as well. But we were not going to be able to use them, so we called David's sister, Kristi and offered them to her. Now Kristi is a March Madness Junkie (we're talking taking-off-work-to-watch-the-first-round junkie). So, she was SOOO excited!! It was fun to give them to someone who would truly appreciate them. Have fun Kristi!!

I still can't believe you got to go to the game! That is so amazing. I really wish they would have pulled it out for you. Maybe next year. : )
Love,
Sara
Nice that you could go to the game. Wish you could have helped them win. What a season. Might be a bit jealous. :)
Hello my love!! I miss you and can't wait to see you in September! It is amazing how small our world feels at times. Nicole (from your church in College Station) and I are trying to figure out how we can live together in Tucson! It has been such a blessing having so many of your sweet friends from CS move to Tucson... craziness!! :) I love you girl and can't wait to catch up!
