Unfortunately, when you're a Dad and your kid's birthday is so close to your own, you basically get overlooked. That was really only true in one sense this year and that is pictures. David had the birthday lunch with me & his parents, he got a present on Thurs. (from me) a present from the boys on Fri. and a family dinner on Saturday at his folks house where he got more presents. The only thing is, I didn't take any pictures. Isn't that pathetic?! Sorry David!
Jeremiah's party was Sunday at lunch (a perk of only having church on Sunday nights). It was a beautiful day so we did everything outside. Here are pics:

Finally pictures!! Not enough though. : ) That is definitely a cool cake. I am very impressed. Man, how I wish I could have been there. I definitely would have reminded you to take pictures of David's birthday. ; ) I love you all SO MUCH!!

What a great cake! You are a blogging and baking inspiration.
I think I need an adult version of that trampoline! I love the handle. You know I can fall down just walking, so jumping is a stretch.
