December 19 -- Day at the Farm
Who: Samuel, Jeremiah & I headed to Fairfield to visit Grandma Brabham (Nana's Mom: 91 years old, lives on a 250+ acre farm by herself). Nana, Pop, Sara, Uncle Larry and Kenny (cousin) met us there.
What: We opened some presents, fed some cows, pet a horse, you know, usual farm stuff.
December 24 -- Christmas Eve
We headed to Jerry & Ann's about 3pm. Kristi was there and we all opened presents together. This was followed by dinner and then a beautiful Christmas Eve service at Christ United Methodist. All in all, it was a great afternoon with the Parks.
Not actually Christmas Eve, but Christmas related and at the Parks house, Jeremiah making Christmas cookies with Grandma.
Samuel's turn. He's had experience with gingerbread men running away, so he's keeping a close eye on them.December 25 -- Christmas morning
Santa always brings us each new pajamas and puts them next to our bed. This year we all got Aggie pj's. After we put on our new pj's, we opened our stockings then ate our traditional donuts. After donuts, we got to tear into presents.

About 8:30, Jerry, Ann & Kristi came over to see all the presents. They entertained the boys while David & I packed the car. We left about 10:30 and headed to Ft. Worth. We spent 5 days in Ft. Worth. We went to the zoo, played putt-putt took family pictures, went on bike rides and had a ton of fun.

Lunch with family and getting to spend time with cousin Ireland. They get along so well!

December 29 -- Road Trip
Sara has been home on furlough since the beginning of October. Her first week here, she bought herself a car. On the 29th, she and I loaded her car and drove to Morelia. It was an incredible bonding time and I loved every minute I got to spend with my sweet baby sister. We drove for 13 hours the first day and found a hotel in Matehuala. We were both in bed by 7:45. :) We left the next morning at 8am and arrived about 4:30pm. We spent the next 3 days shopping, eating, going to the movies, just plain ol' good sister fun. However, I know I will be disinherited by my Mom because I didn't even take a camera with me. Sorry Mom!!! Thank you David for "letting me go" and for holding down the fort here in Texas.
OK, here are some cute pictures that I couldn't help posting. Enjoy!
