Samuel came home from school yesterday and opened his backpack. He pulled out a scrap piece of paper. The conversation went like this:
Mom: What's that?
S: Aurora's phone number.
M: (I don't know how to make an alarmed face on a blog, but you can probably picture it)
S: (laughing) I have no idea why she gave it to me. :)
We told the story to our small group last night and all the guys were like, "Yea Samuel!!!"
Isn't 7 too young for this? Help!!
PS. Just so you know, I'm not really worried about it -- I just think it's funny. =:-)

Shelley, you are probably going to laugh, but I just now found your blog! I knew you had one, I just never knew the site name until your dad put a link to it on his last post! So anyway, just wanted to stop by and say hello. I can't believe Samuel is 7 and already getting phone numbers! That's hilarious! Oh, and I read back a few entries, and I'm so excited for you that you got lasik. I was telling someone just the other day how I still find myself amazed at how well I can see and that I don't have to mess with glasses and contacts anymore - and I had the surgery about 4 years ago!
